Purposes and basis for processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• conclusion and execution of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), issuance of invoices, maintenance and storage of accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) RODO),

• archival (evidential) purposes in case of legal need to prove facts and for possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),

• analytical purposes, such as matching services to our customers, optimization of our products or services based on customer comments, optimization of service processes based on sales and after-sales service course, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),

• Researching customer satisfaction and determining the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

Recipients of data

In connection with our cooperation, there may be entrustment of the processing of your data to the following entities:

• office@migrant.poznan.pl – in order to store your personal data on the mailbox server,

• office@migrant.poznan.pl – in order to use the mailing system where your data is processed for the purpose of sending a newsletter,

• Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA – for the use of Google services such as Google Drive and Google Docs, where your personal data may be processed,

• office@migrant.poznan.pl – in order to use the invoicing system, where your data are processed for invoicing purposes,

• office@migrant.poznan.pl – in order to use accounting services provided by an external entity, which processes your data shown on invoices.

Transfers of data to a third country

Because we use Google’s services, your/your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) in terms of its storage on servers.

Data retention period

Your data will be processed until the end of the statute of limitations for potential contractual claims. Invoice data will be processed until the end of the period for which accounting records are required by law to be kept. In addition, some of the data may also be processed after the expiration of the periods indicated above for the duration of our business operations for archival, analytical and statistical purposes described in more detail above under the indication of purposes and grounds for data processing.

Rights in connection with processing

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

• Right to have your personal data processed.
